Furtherance to our Invitation dated August 7, 2009, we are pleased to announce that:

Meeting Registration
Please complete the attached Registration Form and email to AIC Secretariat in Jakarta at sekjen@aseanic.org or Fax to 6221-5638029 no later than September 28, 2009. Please download the Registration Form here.

Hotel Reservation
The Venue of the Meetings will be at Don Chan Palace Hotel. The host made a special arrangement with Don Chan Palace hotel, but there are two other hotels near the venu i.e. Lao Plaza Hotel (15 minutes walking) and Lane Xiang Hotel (7 minutes walking) but the host does not make any deal with them. Please download the Hotel Reservation Form here.
Please reserve your room directly to the hotel you choose, and kindly send us a copy of the hotel confirmation.

Please note that you may need visa to enter Lao PDR. Please apply Lao PDR Embassy/Counsellor at your country, if you need invitation letter from the host country please let us know and send the name and passport number of the applicants. If requested by LAO PDR Embassy/Councellor, the host of our meeting in Lao PDR is as follows:
